How do I set my location?
Grant access to device location
To use Archer, you'll need to grant access to your device's location while using the app.
iOS
- Open your iOS Settings
- Scroll down to Archer
- Tap on Location
- Select "While Using the App"
Android
- Open your phone's Settings
- Go to Apps and select Archer
- Select Permissions then Location
- Allow Archer access to your location
How do I edit my profile?
To edit your profile information, follow the steps below:
- Within the Archer app, tap the Profile Icon on the far right of the navigation bar.
- Tap Edit Profile to open profile editor.
Here you can update your photos, edit your “About Me,” and other profile information.
To create a less anonymous and more safety-centered experience, all Archer members must have a verified avatar photo and three additional profile photos. We require members to complete profile details such as First Name, About Me, Tags, I’m Here For, and Relationship Status. Make your profile stand out with photos and details you want to share so other members can get to know the real you.
What Happens if I Have Been Age Restricted on Archer?
Archer is for people 18 and over. If your account has been banned from Archer because you didn’t meet our age requirement, you are ineligible for an Archer account until you turn 18. Once you turn 18 please reach out to our support team if you would like to sign up.
Made a mistake?
If you accidentally entered the wrong birthdate during onboarding and are 18 or over, you can appeal your account ban by filling out the form linked here and selecting the option "age verification" under reason for appeal.
Please note we will ask for a copy of your government-issued ID to complete the age verification process.
